• Shuto Expressway uses distance-based tolls. An ETC card in your rental vehicle speeds up payment at each gate.
• Campervans taller than 3.8 metres cannot enter many inner-city tunnels. Check the Shuto height restrictions before departure.

• Coin parking lots rarely fit vehicles longer than 5 metres. Look for signs that include the phrase 大型OK (large vehicles OK).
